形态描述
体前躯平扁，尾柄细圆；背缘略呈弧形，腹部平坦。唇具发达乳突。吻褶分三叶，中叶间具2对小吻须；口角须1对。鳃孔扩展到头部腹面，胸鳍末端后伸接近或达腹鳍起点。尾鳍分叉，下叶明显比上叶长。躯体被鳞，但腹鳍基部之前的腹部裸露无鳞。
生物学
This fish is found in the Irrawaddy River system, Yunnan Province. It inhabits the fast running water in the gravelly streams. It is also found in Burman.
